Yemeni drone targets Saudi base on Western coast

SANA’A (Web Desk) The Yemeni Army’s attack drones and popular forces targeted the positions and a base of the Saudi-led coalition on Western coast of the war-hit country on Sunday, imposing major losses on the occupiers.The Yemeni army drone targeted a newly-set up base of the coalition South of al-Nakhilah region.The Saudi base was equipped with advanced operation room.In the meantime, the Yemeni troops and popular forces repelled the Saudi forces’ offensive in Wadi Kana Baham in Jouf province,

Destroying two armored vehicles in al-Hazm flank.Meanwhile, the Yemeni forces attacked the coalition’s stronghold in al-Tahita mountainous region South of al-Hadidah, inflicting heavy casualties on the occupiers.The Saudi forces also suffered heavy casualties in the army attack West of al-Tahita.On Saturday, the Yemeni Army troops and popular committees engaged in fierce clashes with the Saudi-led coalition forces in Baydha province, capturing more vital positions.

The army men and popular forces, backed up by the artillery and missile units, stormed the coalition’s positions in Qaniyah front in Baydha province and captured five key hills.A tank and five military vehicles of the coalition were destroyed and the Saudi-led forces suffered several casualties.The Yemeni forces further seized the coalition’s arms and military hardware.The Saudi forces, backed up by the fighter jets, tried to recapture the lost hills but the Yemeni forces repelled their attack.

Meanwhile, a field source reported that the Yemeni sniper-men targeted 153 gunmen, including 15 Saudi forces, and destroyed their equipment in the last week.The Yemenis’ artillery and missile units pounded the coalition’s strongholds in Raqabah al-Zaj base in Asir and in al-Qeil region in Jouf.
